On October 14th and 15th, York will be hosting our first Falling Steel Match. The match will be a half day format, and consist of 6 stages of 25-35 falling steel targets each. There are 9 gun categories, as well as team options, and you can shoot more than one time slot with the same or different guns.
The IWLA Blockshoot is on for this Sunday, March 9th, 1pm, after being postponed last month. There are still a number of spaces left for the main shoot, a 64 shooter (maximum) elimination shootoff for an 870 pump shotgun, with a losers bracket for some cash! Cost for the main event will be $25.
There will be side shoots for cash, even if you don't want to play for the 870 and food available for purchase. Cost of the side shoots will vary.
The weather is supposed to smile on us, so come on out and play, or just stop by to say howdy
Our FunShoots are a great venu to introduce yourself, your friends and family to shooting. We don't ask much in the way of equipment or experience, just that you are safe at all times.
Our FunShoots feature a unique variety of targets and shooting options, to accommodate the novice .22 plinker to the pro multigun shooter.
The emphasis is on safety and fun. You can learn more by watching this blog, and just showing up on shoot day. We usually shoot the 4th Saturday of the month.

Action Match Info
Action Matches are matches where shooters are shooting with movement in timed stages, using centerfire handguns, rifles and shotguns, sometimes separately, sometimes together in sucession. This is probably the most fun you can have on the range.
We encourage all interested shooters to come out and watch (with proper eye and ear protection). If they want to become a "qualified competitor" we are happy to teach them (FunShoots being the most popular inroad). Non qualified competitors can not just show up and shoot.
These matches are generally on the 2nd Sunday of the month.
