To answer a few of your questions:
1) No advance registration is necessary, just show up.
2) Carbines should be bagged if possible. Optionally, slings with chamber flags can be used, with EXTREME awareness of muzzle control.
3) I will be there in the cold, rain, snow (front wheel drive car friendly) or shine, Saturday morning at 9:00am. My setup crew didn't do it for nothin'.....
4) Those USPSA guys are pansies.

I was referring to the bailout earlier this month......
In a land far, far way, along time ago were two bulls. One young one and one mature one. The young one says, let's get a couple of us together tomorrow in the freezing cold, stand outside for a couple hours freezing certain parts of our anatomy off and pretent we're having fun. The old bull looks at him and say, I have a better idea. Let's tell the heard to meet in the barn tomorrow where it's warm, eat some hay, have something to drink and enjoy each others company. Some time the old bull has a better idea.
Now that's some mature bull....
